Citizenship Process & Registration 2026
All of the materials for the GJBSAR King Outstanding Citizenship Awards and Scholarships can be completed online. Please follow the steps below.

Steps 2, 3, and 4: The King SAR Outstanding Citizenship Scholarship Application, Due March 1, 2026.
Checklist for materials to be submitted by each student nominee:
- Registration of each School Representative (completed). Due by November 15th, 2025
- Submission of Student Scholarship Application Due by March 1, 2026
- Submission of Required Files for Application Due by March 1, 2026
- Nominee & Luncheon Reservation Form Due by March 1, 2026

- Application Form for Scholarship Award (see below #2))
- Headshot Photo of Student (see Citizenship3-Submit-Forms #3)
- Three (3) Letters of Reference (see Citizenship3-Submit-Forms #3)
- Optional: Copy of student transcript (see Citizenship3-Submit-Forms #3)
- Nominee & Luncheon Reservation Form (see Citizenship4-Reservation #4). Note: GJBSAR provides the registration fee for the student and 1 or 2 parents/guardians
